Surface preparation and gluing procedure
When wrapping vehicles with vinyl, we follow a specific algorithm. Work begins with dismantling the attachments (headlights, door handles, antennas, locks, moldings, spoilers, plastic covers). The body is cleaned of dirt and dust in 5 stages:
• thorough cleaning of the surface;
• removal of greasy stains and traces of lubrication with alcohol;
• body polishing;
• car cleaning with detergent;
• repeated cleaning of alcohol in places of vinyl bend;

The film is applied in one of two ways: “wet” or “dry”. The gluing method depends on the technical characteristics of the film and the manufacturer’s instructions.

How to wrap vehicles with vinyl:

1. preliminary fitting and trimming of the material;
2. wrapping strictly from the center to the edges using a professional hair dryer;
   3.Surfaces with a squidge for processing small air bubbles;
3. heating activation to activate the adhesive layer of the material;
4. final trimming with a margin for a turn;
5. finishing and wiping from stains;
6. installation of previously removed parts in their places (they are also pasted over in the body color of your choice).

   To sign up for a wrap, it is better to place an application in advance. As a rule, our wrapping schedule is scheduled 5-15 days in advance. But sometimes clients postpone the time and free up space. In such cases, take the car for pasting on the same day.
   The terms of work are considered from 1 to 7 days, depending on the choice of film, type of car and body structure. The cost is calculated individually for each client and depends on the size and complexity of the wrapped surface, vinyl film and its cost.
